Monday, August 02, 2004 No good deed goes unpunished All that ice cream binge eating. I am ready to barf now. Woke up at 4 AM. I am not sure whether I should try to get back to sleep or just get up and get to bed early tonight. Update: e-mailed in sick. Back to bed. 5:54 AM
