Thursday, September 11, 2003 It's not 7.30 AM yet and I clocked in 3.67 miles at a leisurely pace. Again, boredom and time were the culprits. The plan is to keep at it like this for a few more days, then try to improve time, not distance. A 3 to 4 miles a day jog/run should be sufficient. If it is not, the hell with it. I got a life too. 7:34 AM
